Show Off Those Muscles With truSculpt® flex

Achieving a toned and sculpted look requires a lot of hard work and dedication, and a diet high in protein. If you’re too busy to count your macros, cook meals on a daily basis, and hit the gym, it doesn’t mean you should give up on your dreams of having a sculpted body.

With the help of bioelectricity, medical specialists can stimulate muscle growth in specific areas through non-invasive means. All you have to do is lay comfortably on a bed or table in our office for 20-30 minutes per session.

Does your busy lifestyle prevent you from exercising on a regular basis? Read on to find out how you can sculpt your abs, buttocks, thighs, calves, and arm muscles with our expert at Soulage Med Spa, Dr. Pompeyo Chavez.

How truSculpt flex stimulates muscle growth

Each time you perform an activity that challenges your muscles, your brain sends an electrical signal, causing your muscles to contract. truSculpt flex also employs electric signals that cause your muscle to contract while you’re lying comfortably on a table or bed.

The device can be customized to your fitness level, and it has several intensity settings. During one session, you can treat up to 8 problem areas.

Regular exercise vs truSculpt flex treatments

To enable contractions, your brain sends an electrical signal of  <1mA to your muscles when you work your muscles. Dr. Chavez can use the device to send an electrical signal of  <30mA, which is thirty times stronger than the electrical signal sent out by your brain. This causes your muscles to contract more, and it yields superior results.

With truSculpt flex, you can replicate exercises such as twisting, squatting, and crunching at a much higher intensity without risking injuries. There’s no downtime with these treatments, but you may feel muscle soreness, much like you would if you’d engaged in an intense workout.

You can reduce the muscle soreness by applying ice packs, resting, and gently massaging the sore muscles.
